Wear resistant steel plate is a product developed in recent years. It has the characteristics of high abrasion resistance, good impact performance and low price, and is being selected and used by more and more users.
The wear-resistant steel plate is composed of low-carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resistant layer, and the alloy wear-resistant layer is generally 1/3~1/2 of the total thickness. During operation, the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity to resist external forces, and the alloy wear-resisting layer provides wear-resisting properties that meet the requirements of specified working conditions. There is metallurgical bonding between the wear-resisting layer of wear-resisting steel plate alloy and the substrate. Through special equipment and automatic welding process, the high hardness self protective alloy welding wire is uniformly welded on the base plate. The composite layers are one to two or even multiple layers. During the composite process, uniform transverse cracks occur due to different alloy shrinkage ratios, which is a remarkable feature of the wear-resistant steel plate. The alloy wear-resistant layer is mainly composed of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are also added. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed in fibrous form, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. The micro hardness of carbide can reach above hv1700-2000, and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. Alloy carbides have strong stability at high temperature, maintain high hardness, and have good oxidation resistance. They can be used normally under 500 ºC. The wear-resistant layer has narrow channel (2.5-3.5mm), wide channel (8-12mm), curve (s, w), etc; It mainly consists of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel and boron are also added. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed in fibrous form, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. The carbide content is 40-60%, the microhardness can reach above hv1700, and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. Wear resistant steel plates are mainly divided into general-purpose type, impact resistant type and high-temperature resistant type; The total thickness of wear-resistant steel plate can reach 3mm at least and 80mm at most; Wear resistant steel plate can be rolled into wear-resistant pipe with minimum diameter of DN200, and can be processed into wear-resistant elbow, wear-resistant tee and wear-resistant reducer.

It can be connected with other structures by welding, plug welding and bolt connection. It is time-saving and convenient in the process of maintenance. *What is your paying terms?Our usual paying terms are 30%TT as deposit and balance paid after seeing copy of bill of loading. For clients cooperated for more than one year, we accept 20% prepay. Beside we do business also under D/P and LC terms.*How long is your delivery time?For the goods we have in stocks, we deliver the goods within 5days.
